These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you (the "User") and LeakPeek ("we", "us") and govern your use of the leakpeek.com website and the services available through it (the "Service"). If you use the Service on behalf of an employer or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it; if you do not, do not use the Service on its behalf.
All data offered is derived from public sources automatically. LeakPeek does not verify or evaluate each piece of data, and makes no warranties or guarantees about any of the information offered. LeakPeek does not intentionally possess or have access to secure or private financial information. LeakPeek is not a credit reporting agency and does not offer consumer reports. None of the information offered by LeakPeek is to be considered for purposes of determining any entity or person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing.
Each search is answered in real time by independent third-party data providers. LeakPeek shows you their answer and does not host, own or retain the underlying data.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate closure of your account without refund. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you also agree that LeakPeek may use that company's name and logo for marketing purposes, for example to say that it works with LeakPeek or alongside a testimonial.
You may only use the Service as it was intended to be used, and you may not abuse or misuse it in any way. You may not use LeakPeek.com or any information acquired from LeakPeek.com:

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, and nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the LeakPeek website and may not be amended except by written agreement signed by the User and LeakPeek. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, contracts, or agreements between the parties with respect to the use of the LeakPeek service. If any provision of this Agreement is adjudged by any court or arbitrator to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be solely limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to allow for the remainder of this Agreement to remain in full force and effect and remain enforceable between the parties.
