None of the information offered by LeakPeek is to be considered for purposes of determining any entity or person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing.

• to evaluate a consumer’s eligibility for credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, to evaluate a person’s eligibility for employment or volunteering purposes, to evaluate a person’s eligibility for a government license or benefit, to evaluate a person for renting a dwelling property, or for any other purpose specified in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681b) (the “FCRA”), Federal Trade Commission or court interpretations of the FCRA, or similar state statutes.;
• in any manner that may violate any local, state, federal, or international privacy law to which You may be subject on the basis of Your location or the location of the person searched.
Updates
LeakPeek may amend this policy from time to time. Notification of any material changes will be made via the website. You are entitled to withdraw your consent regarding the collection of your data at any time, as long as such consent is not required to provide you with requested services and products.
Applicability of Laws and Regulations

• for direct damages, actually proven, exceeding $100.00 USD. This limitation shall be enforced even if it causes an exclusive remedy to fail of its essential purpose.
LeakPeek reserves the right, at any time, in LeakPeek’s sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate LeakPeek.com, any services, information or content, or any part thereof, and/or Your use of or access to them, with or without notice. LeakPeek shall have no liability to You or any other person or entity for any modification, suspension, or termination, or any loss of related information.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LeakPeek, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and related fees and expenses, resulting from, or alleged to result from, Your violation of these Terms or Your use of LeakPeek.com.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the LeakPeek website and may not be amended except by written agreement signed and notarized by the User and LeakPeek. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, contracts, or agreements between the parties with respect to the use of the LeakPeek service. If any provision of this Agreement is adjudged by any court or arbitrator to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be solely limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to allow for the remainder of this Agreement to remain in full force and effect and remain enforceable between the parties. LeakPeek may alter, modify, change, suspend, discontinue or delete any of the services and/or terms and conditions noted in this agreement, for any reason. Nevertheless, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as amended. And the continued use of the services after any change, as noted above, will communicate acceptance of the modifications.
